Thus, it is important that the shareholder’s registration is updated with the broker through which he or she operates. Azevedo & Travassos S.A. cannot issue and/or send this information to shareholders, which is an the exclusive responsibility of Itaú.
You, shareholder, can access your Income Report directly on the Itaú Digital Mailing Portal by accessing your account or by registering for the first time by following the steps below.
1. Log in to the Portal and click on First Access;
2. Enter the requested data: Individual Taxpayer Registration (CPF) and date of birth for individuals or National Tax Indetification Number (CNPJ) and date of foundation for legal entities;
3. Choose an available option to verify your identity (phone number or e-mail);
4. Enter the code you received by e-mail or phone and create a personal password; and
5. Now you can log into the portal with your CPF/CNPJ and password registered in the previous steps and access your Income Report.
What is the Digital Mailing Portal?
É It is a platform, provided by Itaú, where you can view, save, print, and e-mail your Income Report digitally.
